  • HealthKit write-only (never reads Health data). Calendar export to a dedicated calendar.
  • Encrypted backup/export archive (AES-GCM-256, PBKDF2) and "Delete all local data" (does not delete samples already written to Apple Health).
  • Optional AI summaries run on-device (Apple Intelligence where available) or on the user's own local model server (Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp); payload is redacted and previewed before send; works fully without AI.
