Eve by Glow puts period tracking beside sex, mood and symptom records and a community.[6] lilCycles brings periods, mood and strength-session records together without an app account or cloud sync.[57] The useful choice is about your daily routine and whether you want a social component.

We make lilCycles. This is a lilMONSTER comparison, not an independent review. We checked Eve's US App Store listing on 19 October 2026, not its installed behavior. This article covers Eve, App Store ID 1002275138, rather than assuming every feature in Glow's other apps also exists here.[6]

What the listing establishes

QuestionlilCyclesEve by Glow
What can I log?Periods, mood and strength sessions.[57]Sex, moods and symptoms, with period and cycle history.[6]
Is a community part of the product? Our shipped facts establish a personal wellness log, not a community service.[57]The listing advertises a community for discussing sex and health.[6]
What connects to Health?HealthKit writes only; never reads Health data.[57]Advertises Health app compatibility across menstrual and other health categories.[6]
What is paid?Plus subscriptions exist; exact current offers are in the App Store.[57]Premium lists advanced charts, analysis, articles and private messaging.[6]

Eve's community can be a reason to prefer it. A discussion space serves a different purpose from a private diary; describing every extra feature as clutter would not be a fair comparison. Its listing also advertises calendar views and forecasts.[6] We have no like-for-like test showing which app predicts your next period better.

Keep community advice separate from medical care

The comparison is about documented product features, not evidence that community advice or an app prediction improves health. lilCycles is an 18+ wellness app, not contraception, and its phase guidance is labelled "not medical advice".[57] Do not use this article to choose a treatment or infer that a fertile-day estimate can prevent pregnancy.

Before using any community, decide which details you are comfortable posting and who may see them. We did not test Eve's posting controls or moderation, so we make no promise about those workflows. Check the current in-app controls and terms yourself.

Local storage is one criterion, not an overall score

lilCycles has no account, ads, analytics SDK or cloud sync, and includes an encrypted backup/export archive.[57] That may match an account-free tracking preference, but it also leaves you responsible for planning recovery of your exported copies.

The reviewed Eve listing is not sufficient to establish a complete account, analytics or server-storage model. That is an evidence limit, not proof that a protection is missing. This comparison does not label Eve unsafe or claim that it sells health records.

lilCycles also offers calendar export and write-only HealthKit access. Its "Delete all local data" control does not erase samples already written to Apple Health.[57] Manage every separate destination when deciding what to retain or remove.

Make the choice around your routine

Explore Eve for its documented community, sex/mood/symptom logging and Premium charting.[6] Consider lilCycles for its account-free period, mood and strength-session workflow.[57] Neither app needs to win every category to be the better fit for a particular person.

Are all advertised Eve features free?

No such conclusion follows from a free download. Eve's listing expressly separates Premium features.[6] Read your actual subscription offer and renewal terms; this article does not quote a price or declare a cheaper winner.

Does lilCycles need AI?

No. It works fully without AI. Optional summaries use supported on-device processing or your own local model server, with a redacted payload preview.[57] A user-owned server remains a destination beyond the phone.
